DELIVERY

We are delighted to offer FREE DELIVERY on all Coaker & Rose orders. Your jewellery will come carefully packaged in a small parcel - ensuring ample room to fit through a letter box. 

We send all orders with Royal Mail - First Class delivery service. This means all orders placed before 2pm will arrive within 2 business days. 

For example, to receive an order on a Wednesday, please place your order by the Monday before 2pm (BST). For Monday delivery an order will need to be placed on Friday before 2pm (BST). If your order is placed after 2pm (BST) then it will be dispatched the next working day.

UK Public Holidays will affect delivery dates. We are unable to delivery on a Bank Holiday.

RETURNS

We are certain that you'll be delighted with your Coaker & Rose order, but if not we can of course arrange a full refund.

Since all Coaker & Rose items are limited edition only, we operate a 7-day return policy. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return and receive a full product refund.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Notify us
    • Email info@coakerandrose.com, stating your order number & reason for return
    • We will reply with details of how & where to send your returned package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be eligible for a full return
  • Pack your order for return
    • To receive a full refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unused and in its original packaging
    • Please include a note stating the date, your full name, order number & request for refund. Failure to do so may hinder the process
    • We only accept returns sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We do not cover the cost of return postage
  • Refund
    • As soon as we receive your returned order, we will notify you & confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method
    • Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
    • We do accept returns on discounted items 

     

    PLEASE NOTE: All Coaker & Rose jewellery features the petals of 100% real flowers. Although we make every effort to ensure the petals used in our pendants replicate as best possible those pictured on our website (www.coakerandrose.com), there may therefore be minor size and/or colour differences to the petals. This is simply due to the natural, unique nature of flowers - and a reminder to celebrate, not scorn, individuality!
